By placing an order on our Platform, you agree to the terms described in this Shipping Policy along with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. This policy applies to all domestic orders within India. We currently do not ship products outside India.
Shipping Process
All confirmed orders are shipped using registered and reputed domestic courier partners or through India Post Speed Post services, depending on the customer’s location and service availability.
We ensure every package is carefully handled, securely packed, and dispatched to reach you in good condition and within the committed timelines.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or successful payment, unless a different dispatch timeline is specifically mentioned during order checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In certain cases — such as bulk orders, pre-booked items, customized products, or delays caused by supply or logistic constraints — the processing time may be extended. Customers will be informed of such delays through phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timelines
- Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time usually ranges between 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, courier partner, and local service coverage.
- Delivery timelines may vary for rural areas, hilly regions, or remote villages where courier coverage is limited.
- Delivery dates mentioned at checkout are indicative only and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may depend on the courier company’s operational efficiency and external factors like weather, strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Certain offers, combo packs, or promotional orders may include free shipping, which will be explicitly mentioned during purchase.
- In case of partial cancellation or return, shipping charges (if already incurred) will not be refunded.
- Any re-delivery attempts due to wrong address details or customer unavailability may attract additional delivery charges.
Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility
- All deliveries will be made only to the shipping address provided by the buyer at the time of placing the order. Please ensure that your complete address, pin code, and contact number are correct and up to date.
- Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address.
- Customers must ensure availability of a recipient to accept and acknowledge delivery. In case of non-availability, the courier service may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.
Order Tracking and Confirmation
- You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped, containing tracking details and courier partner information.
- You can track the shipment directly through the courier’s official tracking link or via your order dashboard on esragro.com.
- Delivery confirmation will also be sent to your registered email address or phone number once the courier partner marks the order as delivered.
Delays and Liability Disclaimer
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Prasatham Products Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities).
If a delivery is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we will assist in raising a claim or resolving the issue with the courier company to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee compensation for courier-related issues.
Non-Delivery or Failed Delivery
In case your order cannot be delivered due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address,
- Recipient unavailability during delivery attempts, or
- Refusal to accept the parcel,
the shipment may be returned to us. Any re-shipping will be done only after the customer pays the additional shipping charges, if applicable.
Refunds for Shipping Charges
Shipping costs, once incurred, are non-refundable — including in cases of order cancellation, product return, or refund requests — unless specifically stated otherwise under our Return & Refund Policy or in exceptional circumstances where the error is attributable to us.
