Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with ESR Agro, operated by Prasatham Products Pvt. Ltd. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, this policy explains how to request a return, replacement, or refund.

By purchasing from [esragro.com], you agree to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation.

  • A valid invoice / proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Sale / clearance items may not be eligible unless defective or damaged.

  • Only items found defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied are eligible for replacement.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality assurance team.


3. Non-Returnable & Exempted Products

Some products are non-returnable due to their nature or hygiene sensitivity. Such categories are flagged on the product page.

Examples (non-exhaustive):

  • Opened or partially used liquid fertilizers, bio-inputs, or biological cultures.

  • Items damaged due to improper storage, misuse, or handling by the customer.

  • Products bought in promotional combos or clearance sales (unless defective/damaged).


4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact support within 7 days of delivery (phone/email/WhatsApp) with your order number, clear photos, and reason.

  2. On verification, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack securely in original packaging and send as instructed.

  4. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective, wrong, or damaged item).

Returns shipped without prior authorization will not be accepted.


5. Inspection & Approval

After we receive the item, it undergoes quality inspection. We’ll notify you via email/SMS/phone:

  • Approved: processed as per this policy.

  • Rejected (e.g., used, damaged, incomplete packaging): item will be returned to you at your cost.


6. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice, where applicable).

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days from approval.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error.

  • For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer upon receipt of your bank details.


7. Exchanges

If your exchange is approved the product will be delivered within 5-7 days


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Check your bank/payment wallet.

  2. Contact your bank/card issuer (posting delays are possible).

  3. If still pending, contact us with your order details.
