Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how customers can cancel an order or seek a refund for a product or service purchased through [esragro.com], owned and operated by Prasatham Products Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By placing an order on our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations will only be accepted if the request is made within 30 days of placing the order.
  • However, cancellation requests cannot be processed once the product has been dispatched, is in transit, or is out for delivery. In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery, and it will be returned to us automatically.
  • Once your cancellation request is received before dispatch, your order will be canceled, and the refund will be initiated in accordance with our refund process.

3. Cancellation Restrictions

Please note that cancellations are not permitted under the following circumstances:

  1. Products that have already been shipped or delivered.
  2. Perishable  including opened bottles, pouches, or containers of fertilizers, biostimulants, biofertilizers, or similar agricultural inputs.
  3. Items purchased under special discounts, promotional offers, or combo packs, unless defective or damaged.

However, if you can clearly establish that the quality of the product delivered is defective or substandard, a refund or replacement may be provided after internal verification.


4. Reporting Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please report it to our customer service team within 30 days of receipt of the product.

To assist us in processing your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Order number,
  • Product name,
  • Clear images or videos showing the defect or damage, and
  • A brief description of the issue.

Our quality team, or the respective seller/merchant listed on the Platform, will evaluate the complaint. Once the issue is verified, we will process a replacement or refund as per our policy.


5. Product Quality & Manufacturer Warranty

For products that come with a manufacturer warranty, any defects or performance-related issues should be reported directly to the manufacturer as per their warranty terms. ESR Agro will facilitate assistance wherever possible but will not be responsible for warranty claims beyond its scope.


6. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved by Prasatham Products Pvt. Ltd.,It will be processed and credited time: 7–10 working days from approval..

Refunds will be issued as follows:

  • To the original payment method (if applicable), or
  • As store credit or replacement product, depending on your preference and product category.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges and payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable, except where the error is on our part.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after you share valid bank account details.
  • Refund timelines may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. First, check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Then contact your bank or credit card company—it may take a few more days for the refund to reflect officially.
  3. If you still have not received the refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details for assistance.
